Thursday Island Wharves Repairs

MCM was contracted by Ports North to conduct concrete repairs on the engineer wharf soffits, as well as the abutment of the main wharf to extend service life. All plant, equipment and materials were freighted to the location using barges or available shipping lane vessels, depending on availability. The project acknowledged the strict environmental restrictions in place for fauna and flora, and water quality.
