MCM was commissioned by Transurban to conduct a comprehensive condition assessment to identify and develop a preferred repair solution that will reduce the risk of corrosion on the Bolte Bridge Towers and Bolte Bridge Pier 3 located in the Yarra River.

Following a successful corrosion-protection trial, MCM is delivering a staged remediation program across the Loy Yang B cooling towers, integrating specialist access, concrete repair, GreenTech Shield electrochemical chloride extraction and protective coatings. Stage 1 was completed in 2026, with Stage 2 forming the next phase of the ongoing works.

Over the past five years, MCM has been honoured to work alongside the City of Sydney, providing expert solutions for the management, inspection, and servicing of a diverse range of structures across the local government area.
